Humana Expert

Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of gastrointestinal disorders in infants, such as functional constipation and/or infantile colic.
To contribute to a greater rapid gastric emptying, to soften the consistency of the stool and to reduce gas formation in the intestine, Humana DG PLUS contains:
- a lipid mixture with an increased beta-palmitate content;
- partially hydrolysed whey proteins;
- GOS (galacto-oligosaccharides) prebiotic fibres.
Humana DG PLUS È suitable to be used as the sole source of nutrition for infants in the first 6 months of life, when not breastfed. È also suitable for their nutrition after 6 months of life within a diversified complementary diet.
The product contains less lactose than traditional infant milk.

Mode of use
When preparing milk, carefully follow the instructions for use.
Sterilize the bottle, teat and ring before each use. Prepare milk before each meal and serve immediately.
Shake the bottle well and then pour the quantity of milk needed in the previously sterilized bottle. Heat the bottle up to 37 °C. Do not heat the bottle in the microwave, risk of scalding.

Humana DG PLUS È based on partially hydrolysed cow's milk proteins. Do not use in case of allergy to cow's milk proteins, lactose intolerance, galactosemia, galactose and glucose malabsorption.
To be used under the supervision of a pediatrician.
Breast milk is the ideal food for infants. If breastfeeding is not possible, you can use Humana DG PLUS, following the opinion of your pediatrician. The beginning of weaning must take place only following the indications of the pediatrician.

Storage
Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place and away from heat sources. Once opened, close the bottle and store in the refrigerator in an upright position.
Validity with intact packaging: 12 months.
Validity post-opening: 24 hours.
