Lietoson Complex tablets is a food supplement based on plant extracts, Melatonin and vitamins useful for promoting relaxation and rest.
Made with fast/retard technology, it allows each component to be released and absorbed by the body at the right time. The fast layer is based on Valerian and Melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of time required to fall asleep; Griffonia also promotes mental well-being.
The 6-hour retard layer is based on Escolzia and Hops, useful for maintaining sleep.
The product is a useful support for promoting natural physiological processes that aid sleep.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablets a day, in the evening, half a day. time before bed.
To reduce the time you fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin (2 tablets) shortly before bedtime.

Bulking agents: cellulose, glyceryl dibeenate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract, titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acids; Escolzia (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial part dry extract, titrated at 0.35% protopine; Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial part with flowers dry extract, titrated at 4% total flavonoids. calculated as vitexin; Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) seeds dry extract, titrated at 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan; Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) strobili dry extract, stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Melatonin, Pteroyl-monoglutamic acid (Folic acid). Quantities per maximum recommended daily dose (2 tablets): Strato fast Valerian root dry extract 250 mg, valerenic acid content 2 mg; Griffonia seeds dry extract 200 mg, title in 5-hydroxytryptophan 40 mg; Melatonin 1 mg; Vitamin B6 2.1 mg (150% NRV*); Retard layer Escolzia aerial part dry extract 250 mg, protopine content 0.87 mg; Passiflora aerial part with flowers dry extract 200 mg, total flavonoid content. calculated as vitexin 8 mg; Strobili hops dry extract 150 mg; Folic acid 300 μg (150% NRV*) *NRV: daily nutritional reference value.
