Supplement based on Vitamin E, Zinc, Chromium and plant ingredients.

Ingredients
For 3 tablets: dry extract of Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre R. Br.) leaves 840 mg (supply in Gymnemic acid 210 mg). Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, tribasic calcium phosphate. Dry extract of Blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) fruits 360 mg (contribution in mirtillina 3.6 mg), Zinc citrate dihydrate 39 mg (contribution in zinc 12.50 mg - 125% VNR). Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Vitamin E acetate 19.8 mg (contribution in Vitamin E 9.9 mg - 82.5% VNR), Chromium picolinate 1.5 mg (contribution in chromium 180 μ g - 450% VNR).

Directions for use
1 tablet 3 times a day, before meals  

Warnings
Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
