Enervit Gymline   100%   ISOLATE   PROTEIN   é; an instant protein indicated in case of increased protein requirement resulting from intense activity; muscular and sporty.
A portion (30 g) of product prepared according to the method; indicated, provides   26.7 g   of protein and is a source of vitamin B6 (it provides 1.4 mg corresponding to 100% of the nutritional reference values).
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Proteins contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.

Directions for use
Prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of 1 scoop (about 30 g) in 150 ml of still water (or semi-skimmed milk) using a shaker. We recommend up to one serving per day depending on the intensity; of the activity; carried out and considering the other protein sources provided by the diet.
