Ingredients
Pasta (70%): mix of flours (corn flour, corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, legume flour, vegetable fibres such, natural flavourings), eggs 24%, water, sunflower oil.
Filling (30%): mortadella (pork, salt, spices, natural flavourings, antioxidant: E301, preservative : E250), raw ham (pork, salt, preservative: E252), cornmeal-based preparation (cornmeal, sunflower oil), Parmigiano Reggiana DOP (milk, salt, rennet), potato flakes, fiber, sunflower seed oil, salt, acidifier: E575, natural flavourings, nutmeg.
May contain traces of soy.

How to use
Pour the product into a pot of boiling water.
Leave to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Drain and season as desired.
It is advisable to use 1 liter of water, per 100 g of product.
