Indications:

Modality à of use:
- directly on the skin: spread the seaweed mud on the interested parts, with a light massage, abounding. Wrap with cellophane (cling film) and wait 45 minutes. Remove by washing;
- in the bath: sprinkle the skin directly with Guam Seaweed Mud and immerse yourself in the bath with hot water. Keep the heat constant by letting the hot water flow slowly from the tap. After 45 minutes, rinse the body with hot water and wrap yourself in a bathrobe for a beneficial relaxation until the end of sweating.
