Griffonia (griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) baill.) self I dry extract (titrated at 20% in 5-HTP) 300 mg; inulin; maltodextrin.
Constituents of the capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

How to use
1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
