Mode; of use  
- decoction: the content of 2 level tablespoons in half a liter of cold water. Then boil slowly for 15 to 20 minutes.
Strain (possibly sweeten with honey), sip.
- Infusion: the content of one level tablespoon in a tea cup; pour boiling water, then leave under the lid for 20 to 30 minutes.
Strain (possibly sweeten with honey), sip.
