WHOLEMEAL OATS
Description
Blend of cereals (puffed, crunchy and flaked) and honey with dark chocolate and almonds in organic pieces.
Alce Nero granules are composed of different cereals obtained through different technological processes: oats è in flakes, the spelled is blown and the crispy rice is obtained from rice flour, after a cooking process.
& middot; Oat flakes: they are obtained starting from organic oat grains that are previously cleaned, steamed and finally crushed.
& middot; Puffed spelled: it is obtained thanks to a pressure process on the spelled grain that evaporates the water contained in the spelled itself. The evaporation of the water, through the pressure, determines the expansion of the grain. It is thus obtained; a very soft and light product.
& middot; Crispy rice: it is obtained from organic rice flour which is mixed with water undergoing a cooking process. The dough then passes through a die which gives the shape of the rice. The high cooking pressures and subsequent roasting allow for a very crunchy product.
The different cereals so ì obtained are first mixed, without the addition of vegetable oils. In the next phase, a hot mixture is poured on them simply composed of water and wildflower honey. The dough so ì generated is then baked in the oven to make the product delicately crumbly. Finally, the 60% dark chocolate flakes and the peeled almonds in pieces are added.
