What it does
Food supplement based on Nettle, Horsetail, Biotin, Zinc, Copper and Papaya fruit. Nettle and Horsetail promote the well-being of nails and hair. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. Copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Papaya has an antioxidant action.
 For enhanced action, during periods of change of season when the hair is more weakened, use Stronger, Better, Longer in tablets together + Stronger, Better, Longer liquid.

Main active ingredients
-Horsetail: Also called horsetail, it is a plant rich in silica and minerals which makes it ideal for counteracting fragility of hair and nails, favoring their remineralization.
-Zinc: Zinc is a mineral present in the body in small quantities and performs various functions. It is a constituent mineral of keratin, essential for the correct activity of the germinative cells of the hair matrix. In its deficiency the hair weakens and slows down the growth rate.  It is also one of the most useful micronutrients for supporting immune defenses, stimulating the correct functioning of the thymus. It acts above all against influenza viruses and bacterial infections.
-Biotin: Vitamin whose deficiency can cause hair loss and brittle nails. Supplementing your diet with biotin reduces one of the causes of hair loss and strengthens nails.
-Nettle: Its leaves are rich in vitamins, minerals including sulphur, zinc and copper and essential amino acids. Among the various properties it possesses, it is also useful for strengthening and promoting the well-being of hair and nails.  
-Papaya: Fruit rich in vitamins and minerals but above all antioxidants, including carotenoids, which counteract aging not only of the skin but also of the hair.

Daily dose recommended
We recommend taking 1-2 stick packs per day pure/diluted in water; take the product after meals if you suffer from digestive problems or gastrointestinal disorders; shake well before use
