Ingredients
Water, sunflower lecithin , reduced glutathione, ascorbic acid, N-acetylcesteine, alpha-lactalbumin, phosphatidylserine, fish omega-3, algae oil 40% DHA, linseed oil 46% ALA, flavor, glycerophosphorylcoin, vitamin A acetate (retinoic acid).
Contains derivatives of milk , soy and fish .

Take up to 15 ml per day. Shake well before use.
2 teaspoons a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon around 6 pm. For best results, take on an empty stomach, without blending or mixing it into hot drinks, and wait 15 minutes before taking food.
