The medical device Glicerolax dm is; a disposable micro-enema, with temporary action and duration, indicated to facilitate the evacuation of feces and can; be used whenever it is necessary to relieve intestinal constipation or in preparation for rectal examinations.
Preparations for rectal use based on glycerol have an immediate evacuating action acting on the terminal part of the rectum without being absorbed by the intestinal mucosa. In fact, glycerol softens, lubricates and moves the fecal mass, facilitating its expulsion. The presence of rice starch and natural Mallow extract gives the product an emollient and protective effect on the rectal mucosa and helps to improve local tolerance.
The product contains rice starch, completely gluten-free.
The product is; gluten-free .

Modality À of use
Adults and adolescents: 1 - 2 micro-enemas of 9 g in 24 hours as needed.
Instructions for use:
1) remove the cap from the cannula;
2 ) lubricate the cannula with a few drops of the solution itself;
3) introduce the cannula into the anal orifice without squeezing the bellows;
4) compress the bellows to introduce the liquid into the rectum;
5) extract the cannula without ceasing the compression of the bellows to avoid reabsorbing the liquid.
The microenema È disposable, therefore it must not be reused.
Any residual product must be eliminated.

Components
Vegetable glycerol 76.7% (equal to 6.9 g per 9 g microenema), rice starch, Mallow fluid extract, purified water to taste
The product contains rice starch, completely free of gluten .

Warnings
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity À to one or more; components, acute abdominal pain or of unknown origin, nausea or vomiting, intestinal obstruction or stenosis, rectal bleeding of unknown origin, acute haemorrhoidal crisis, severe dehydration.
In case of persistent constipation consult a doctor.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: even if there are no obvious contraindications to the use of the device during pregnancy, it is recommended to use it only in case of need; and after consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Storage
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the carton or if the carton does not appear intact.
Store in the original packaging away from light and heat sources.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact and correctly stored packaging.
Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
Keep out of reach of children.
