Dosage and method of use
Indicatively an adult individual not suffering from pathologies that contraindicate the use of the product may ò take 3 capsules of 400 mg per day, of which two in the morning and one in the evening. A more dosage content (for example 2 capsules of 400 mg per day) will include à however an evening intake.

Characteristics
Plant-based food supplement. The main feature is; given by its high content of Gypenosides (which reach the title 92).

Warnings
The product is; plant-based and è generally well tolerated. However, the product should not be used by subjects with hypersensitivity; ascertained or presumed to cucurbits (cucumbers, watermelons, melons, squash and courgettes) or to other foods such as asparagus, strawberries and spinach. The product should also not be; used simultaneously with anti-inflammatory and cortisone drugs, as its active ingredient tends to slightly lengthen the blood clotting time (non-negative action in case of heart disease and vascular disease). In case of diabetes treated with insulin or other specific drugs, the glycaemia should be checked periodically, since the product can exert a synergistic hypoglycemic action. Finally, as for most food supplements, the following rules apply: the product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and the prescribed daily dose should not be exceeded.
