How to wear
Wear the belt over your underwear or over a light garment. Orient the vertex of the V-junction downwards. Position the belt so that it is centered with respect to the lumbar spine and the lower edge is at the height of the coccyx. Check that the belt is snug against the lumbar spine and, if necessary, shape the splints. Exert a symmetrical traction and close the belt with the special hook-and-loop fastener.
