Positioning

Adjust the distance between the two shells, acting on the two tabs with velcro closure located at heel level. Apply the shells to both sides of the ankle, so as to cover the malleoli. Tighten the lower strap. Insert the foot wearing the orthosis into a comfortable shoe. Adjust the shoe closure. Tighten the upper strap. After a few days of use, the straps may become loose: in this case, tighten again properly. If a localized disturbance appears, loosen the straps and reposition the shells.

Clean the plastic parts with a damp cloth. The removable side guards can be washed by hand in water at 30°C with neutral soap or detergent, rinse well, do not wring, allow to dry horizontally. Do not iron.
