Position the collar with the hook-and-loop fastener in the back.
Adjust the closure to ensure comfortable use and correct support.

Warnings
Hand wash in water at 30 °C with neutral soap or detergent.
Rinse thoroughly.< br /> Do not wring, but remove the water by squeezing the garment inside a terry towel.
