Jelonet gauze 10 The gauze threads are woven to minimize fraying, in case the dressing is cut into the desired shape. It has low adhesion and allows free drainage of the wound, allowing the passage of exudate to an absorbent secondary dressing. Jelonet is not medicated and is therefore ideal for use with local antiseptics or antibiotics. Available in various sizes, the largest; large of which is suitable for use in burns departments. É available in different packaging: dressing in a pouch for single application with aseptic technique; in metal boxes, in order to facilitate application on large parts of the body, in cases where it is necessary to use the entire box in a single application.

Indications:
- minor burns,
- areas of skin harvesting and grafting,
- wounds with loss of skin, lacerations and abrasions,
- chronic ulcers of the lower limb.
