Take 1 tablet per day, preferably during a main meal.
Ingredients
bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium diphosphate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; folic acid (pteroyl-monuglutamic acid); anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.
