Type 0 soft wheat flour, mix of seeds and cereals (sesame seeds - oat flakes - barley flakes), "RiMa" basic mix (wheat gluten, bamboo fiber ), inulin, wheat fibre, rice protein, psyllium seed cuticle, oat fibre, resistant starch), water, olive oil, turmeric 1.5%, salt 1.5%, malt 0.5%, yeast of beer.
May contain traces of eggs, milk, soy, nuts, sesame, peanuts and mustard.
