Mode; of use
We recommend taking a 25 ml measuring spoon diluted in a large glass of water, preferably in the morning before breakfast.
Alternatively dilute a 25 ml measuring spoon in a one-liter bottle of water and drink the contents throughout the day.
é; however it is advisable, during the period of taking the product, to drink plenty of water to help the body eliminate excess fluids.
