Protein-free pasta.
Food for special medical purposes.
Indicated for the dietary management of chronic renal failure or other diseases that require a low-protein diet. In case of chronic renal failure, it is recommended to follow a diet with a reduced intake of sodium, potassium and phosphorus.
Ingredients
Corn starch, potato starch, rice starch, thickener: cellulose; chicory inulin, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; rice flour, safflower extract, colouring: beta - carotene.
May containsoy.

How to use
Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes (approximately 2 liters of water for 80 g of pasta, salt the water according to medical prescription), stirring regularly.

To be used under medical supervision.
Not suitable as a sole nutritional source.
For the patient on levodopa therapy, the degree of possible dysphagia and any problems of malnutrition due to deficiency that may arise in conditions of protein restriction must be assessed.
Suitable for children over three years of age.
