DOUBLE FILLER EFFECT
With as age advances, the quantity of hyaluronic acid in the skin is progressively reduced, causing blemishes such as wrinkles, expression and aging lines and loss of volume (emptying, skin depressions, etc.) particularly on the cheekbones, cheeks and lip. Fillerina 12 Double Filler uses a mixture of 12 Hyaluronic Acids of various sizes and molecular weights, particularly effective in penetrating the skin layers (ex-vivo test using Franz Cells) to promote the filling and plumping of the tissues. Hyaluronic acids with a filler effect have molecular weights ranging from 400 to two million Daltons, and owe their notable filling function to the ability to bind water molecules up to 1000 times their weight (Filler Effect 1). Hyaluronic acid is classified as a glycosaminoglycan as its unbranched molecule is made up of the repetition of disaccharide units made up of two molecules, Glucuronic Acid and Acetyl Glucosamine. The formulation innovation of Fillerina 12 Double Filler consists in providing the skin with these two fundamental precursors of hyaluronic acid for its endogenous production by the dermal cells and contributing substantially to the filling mechanism from the inside (Effect Filler 2).
To ensure that a quantity of water flows into the skin tissues to form the natural filler substance with hyaluronic acids, the AQP3 complex is inserted, made up of three molecules (Acetyl Hexapeptide-37, Glyceryl Glucoside , Galactoarabinan) which favor the formation of "aquaporins" or "channel" proteins on the cell membrane of the keratinocytes and fibroblasts of the skin allowing the very fast flow of water molecules inside and outside the cells. Among the aspects of skin aging there is the impoverishment of the substances essential for the support and elasticity of the skin: Collagen and Elastin. The loss and reduction of collagen in the dermis translates into a lower thickness and lower density of the extracellular matrix with consequent increase in wrinkles, depressions and loss of volume. In the Fillerina 12 Double Filler formula there are 3 collagen molecules with different molecular weights (2,000, 12,000 and 300,000 Daltons) capable of promoting the density of the extracellular matrix, and improving filling in synergy with hyaluronic acids. There are also two Elastin molecules with differentiated molecular weights of 1,400 and 2,200 Daltons which compensate for the physiological decrease by restoring elasticity and plasticity to the skin. The formula is completed by the specific component Matrifull (Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-38).

RESTRUCTURING, OXYGENATING EFFECT
The Fillerina 12 Double Filler formula contains the complex of 7 Plate-molecules Like, synthetic growth factors but similar to endogenous molecules, with strong regenerative properties capable of carrying out a deep restructuring effect on the skin, promoting the reconstitution of skin structures such as collagen fibres, elastic fibers and extra-cellular matrix. The presence of Tropaeolum Majus Extract promotes the transport of oxygen to the skin tissues, reactivating the cellular oxygenation mechanism and improving the uniformity and color of the skin, for a clear and radiant complexion. The presence of ATP and Ribose allows the cellular energy charge to be increased.

TRANSDERMAL TECHNOLOGY WITH 5 ENHANCERS
The skin is difficult to permeate: to ensure that the Hyaluronic Acids and other functional molecules of Fillerina penetrate the different levels, Labo researchers have developed a Transdermal Technology (Swiss Patent CH 711 466) which is based on the low molecular weight of the active substances: this becomes the fundamental condition for their penetration into the skin layers to which it is linked to their real filling effectiveness. All functional molecules are also supported by the presence of penetration facilitators, i.e. enhancers. The five enhancers present in Fillerina 12 Double Filler are five glycols, substances that improve the absorption of functional molecules in the epidermis and dermis: Pentylene Glycol, Decylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Propylene Glycol and Butylene Glycol.

GRADE 5: Very deep wrinkles and furrows of expression. Aging wrinkles with very marked and very irregular microrelief. Severe depression and tissue depletion. Skin with insufficient thickness, density and plasticity. Marked signs of failure. Need for greater volume on cheekbones and lips.
