Glucomannan has the ability; to bind water, increasing its volume and becoming a gel. For this reason it can ò influence the sense of satiety à when taken before meals.

Glucomannan (from Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch ) powder; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; dye: titanium dioxide.
