Tablets of fermented wholemeal bread

Food in tablets of 400 mg per tablet, obtained by compression of Kanne Enzym-Fermentgetreide. The latter is; a food in flour obtained by drying at a temperature of & ldquo; sweet & rdquo; of a traditional wholemeal bread, the Pumpernickels also known as 'Westphalian black bread', appreciated for its digestibility; and to represent excellent nutrient characteristics. Produced with whole grain flours (wheat, rye and oats) and pure spring water, thanks to a unique leavening system that exclusively uses sourdough (also called & ldquo; sourdough & rdquo; ), the bread is put in water to ferment. After a period of refinement of up to three months, a completely natural food is obtained, beige in color, pungent odor of lactic acid, acid pH (about 3.00), rich in many important fermentation elements including various enzymes and vitamins of the complex B. To complete the processing, the solid part of the fermented product (Enzym-Fermentgetreide) is separated from the liquid part (Brottrunk) and dried at a mild temperature, so as not to compromise the delicate fermentation elements.

Whole grain bread fermented and ground 90% ( wheat, rye and oat flour , water, natural yeast, rock salt, all subjected to lactic fermentation), maltodextrin 6 %, silica 3%, vegetable magnesium stearate 1%.

Mode à of use
Being a completely natural product, wholemeal bread tablets can be consumed without limitations at all hours of the day. For a better use, however, it is recommended as an aid to regain natural regularity; intestinal, to take 4 tablets in the evening before going to bed with plenty of water. Alternatively, it is advisable to ingest 2-3 tablets about ten minutes before the two main meals, always with plenty of water: the good fiber content combined with the great capacity; to absorb liquids from the tablet, it helps to withstand hunger pangs.

Warnings
For the preparation of the product, cereals containing gluten ( wheat, rye and oats ). The consumption of the tablets is therefore not recommended in case of food allergies or intolerances to these components.
