Ingredients
Ferrous bisglycinate; maltodextrin; food gelatin capsule; ascorbyl palmitate; calcium ascorbate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; pteroyl monoglutamic acid (folic acid); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Mode; of use
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For the use of the product during pregnancy, lactation and children it is advisable to consult the doctor.
