Food supplement based on iron, coenzyme Q10, vitamins B12 and C, folic acid.
It allows to reduce unwanted effects, such as the sensation of nausea, constipation or diarrhea.

It improves the functions of the immune system, increasing the body's natural defenses; it also participates in cell division; reduces tiredness and fatigue, allowing you to improve your performance.

Adjuvant in cases of deficiency or increased need for iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid.

The ingredients of the supplement facilitate the absorption of Iron, participate in increasing tissue oxygenation, protect the body from damage due to free radicals and increase the natural immune defenses.

Components
Iron contributes to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, improving the transport of oxygen in the tissues.

Folic acid, on the other hand, increases the level of folate in pregnant women .
A low level of folate is a risk factor in the development of the neural tube defect in the fetus.

Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the normal formation of red blood cells, thus enhancing the action of Iron in tissue oxygenation; it also participates in the cell division process.

Antioxidant factors such as coenzyme Q10 and vitamin C prevent damage due to free radicals.
Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system, helps the absorption of iron, and finally participates, together with the latter, in the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, or according to the doctor's advice, preferably in the morning during a meal. It can be taken in two ways: either by swallowing a whole capsule with a glass of water, or if you prefer, by opening it and dissolving its contents in water.

Lipofer [corn starch, ferric pyrophosphate; glazing agent: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose (E464); emulsifier: sunflower lecithins (E322)]; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate (E341); capsule of hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), coenzyme Q10; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide (E551), magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid).

Warnings
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage
