Food supplement based on soy extracts, calcium, vitamin D and B group vitamins. Indicated for the maintenance of normal bones in post-menopausal women.
Vitamin BD3 and calcium are necessary for the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D3 contributes:
- maintaining normal muscle function;
- the regular functioning of the immune system.
Vitamin B2 contributes:
- maintaining normal skin;
- to reduce tiredness and fatigue;
- to normal energy metabolism;
- to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Biotin contributes:
- to maintain healthy hair;
- to normal psychological function;
- the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

Mode of use
1 capsule, twice a day (morning and evening); can be taken with or without food.

It is recommended for women aged 60 and over. a daily intake of at least 20 mcg (800 IU) of vitamin D from various sources.
