Ingredients
wheat proteins (gluten), oat proteins, rice proteins, wheat fibre, acacia fibre, extra virgin olive oil, sodium bicarbonate, salt; emulsifiers: E471, sunflower lecithin; preservative: potassium sorbate.

Without lactose and soy. It does not contain flour or added sugars.
