Description
Food supplement based on herbs, amino acids and vitamins. Valerian, passion flower, woodruff, hops and chamomile promote sleep and, together with bitter orange, promote relaxation. Valerian and hops are useful for relieving stress while bitter orange and chamomile help maintain mental well-being. Furthermore, vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, C, folic acid and biotin support normal psychological function.

Modality à of use
