Properties
Il Rosmarino è an aromatic evergreen shrub typical of the Mediterranean scrub, with small blue flowers gathered in spikes. Its name, ros and marinus, means "dew of the sea". For the ancient Greeks and Romans it was a symbol of immortality; of the soul. Its hydroalcoholic macerate is; always known for its beneficial effects on the physiological functions of the digestive system.
