Scar dressing. Farmactive dressing results in a significant reduction of old and new pathological scars and prevents hypertrophic scars and keloids.Farmactive uses the patented ReSkin technology, silicone Skin Technology, which coupled a film i n Lycra silicone gel.

The silicone maintains a hydrated microenvironment to facilitate scar reduction; it also flattens, softens and lightens the scar, favoring the elimination of the unsightly appearance. Lycra allows better transpiration and gives the product conformability and bi-elasticity. Farmactive can therefore be used on skin folds, joints and reduces the friction of the dressing with clothing.
It is ideal in the prevention and treatment of irritations caused by rubbing and protects the sensitive and thin skin of the elderly and children.
