Fadios , an easily digestible and light food, has been used since ancient times in Chinese and Japanese medicine.
Method of preparation
For the preparation it is recommended to dissolve accur cold 1 tablespoon of Fadios® in a cup of water, broth, soup, milk or chocolate and boil, stirring for a few minutes until a thick consistency is obtained.
