HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT:
- Step 1: apply 3 layers of eyeliner along the entire length of the lash line. Allow each layer to dry completely.
TIP 1: For the best look, start with a light layer and then go over a fuller line with the second and third layers.
TIP 2: For best adhesion, draw a line that has the same thickness as the lash band.
- Step 2: apply the lashes directly to the eyeliner line and press to fix
TIP: If you need to remove the lashes to reposition them, apply 3 again layers of eyeliner before reapplying the lashes.
