Protective nail polish with an ultra-matte effect.
Transforms the glossy nail polish into a matte finish nail polish.  
Mat Top Coat   mattifies with a single coat.
Corrects small visible color hyperfections.  
WITHOUT   the addition of toluene, formaldehyde, dbp , xylene, benzene and phenol.

Directions for use
Apply over   the colored enamel as a color sealer with an opaque effect.  
Dries quickly.
