Food supplement based on glycerine macerates of lime and tamarisk, with titrated dry extracts of fennel and chamomile, melatonin. Fennel and chamomile can be useful for regular motility; gastrointestinal and the physiological elimination of gases. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep.

It is recommended to take 10 drops a day equal to 1 mg of Melatonin, just before going to bed.
