Psyllium fiber ( Plantago ovata Forsk ), seeds cuticle *, Arabinogalactans *, acidifier: citric acid; natural flavors, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Mallow ( Malva sylvestris L. ) flowers and leaves dry extract, sweetener: steviol glycosides (from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni leaves).
* Psyllium fiber and Arabinogalactans they represent no less than 92% of the total product
Modes; of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 sachets / day, between meals.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a large glass of non-carbonated water (200 ml).
Follow with another glass of water.
The possible increase in consistency of the preparation in the gelatinous form is; characteristic and does not affect the quality; of the product.
In case of prolonged use, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Food supplements are not intended as substitutes a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
