The Ten Psyllium Herbs

Food supplement based on psyllium, plum and herbal ingredients, flavored with plum. As a sweetener it is; The extract of vegetable origin obtained from stevia leaves was used.

Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) seed integument 98% powder (contains mustard and sesame ); acidifier: citric acid; natural flavoring, plum (Prunus domestica L.) fruits dehydrated juice, ash (Fraxinus ornus L.) leaves powder, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) leaves powder, marshmallow (Althaea officinalis L.) root powder, dehydrated red beet powder; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; emulsifier: sunflower lecithins; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves powder, dandelion [Taraxacum officinale (L.) Weber FH Wigg.] root powder, artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves powder, cinnamon [Cinnamomum cassia (Nees &T. Nees) J. Presl .] bark powder, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit powder; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.

Mode; of use
Take 1 to 3 sachets per day, preferably on an empty stomach, throughout the day.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, fill it with still non-carbonated water ( about 150 ml). Mix well for a few seconds and immediately take the resulting solution. After taking it is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
The possible formation of gel, which occurs if the product is not taken immediately after the preparation of the solution, is; characteristic of psyllium. And; it is possible, if necessary, to reshape the consistency of the preparation by increasing the quantity; of water.
