Erisimo

Also known as singer grass or crow grass, Erisimo is a very common plant in Africa and in Europe.
In phytotherapy, the flowered tops are used for the emollient and soothing action on the oropharyngeal mucosa, favoring the tone of the voice.

Ingredients
Erisimo (Sisymbrium officinale (L.) Scop.) flowering tops dry extract, maltodextrin, inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Casing: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose). Quantities for maximum recommended daily dose (3 capsules): Erisimo flowering tops dry extract: 930 mg; Inulin: 90 mg.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 to 3 capsules a day, with water.
