Valerian

Food supplement based on hydroalcoholic extracts of valerian, lemon balm, hops, passionflower and hawthorn.
The formula is completed by hydroalcoholic extracts (bud extractives) of maple and silver lime.

Ingredients
Hydroalcoholic extracts 1: 5 (alcohol, water, plant parts) of : valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root 20%, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves, hops (Humulus lupulus L.) female inflorescences, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering aerial parts, hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq.) leaves and flowers; hydroalcoholic extracts (glycerin, alcohol, water, plant parts 2%) of: maple (Acer campestre L.) buds, silver lime (Tilia tomentosa Moench.) buds.

Mode; of use
60 drops in the morning and 60 drops in the afternoon, diluted in a little water.
