Supplement based on Schisandra and Codonopsis, plants with tonic-adaptogenic activity, in association with Bacopa, which helps memory and cognitive functions, and Withania, which promotes the body's natural defenses and physiological relaxation and mental well-being.
The formula is completed by Vitamin C (Rosehip extract), which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and OPC (Proanthocyanidins) from grape seeds.

How to use
Take 1 tablet a day in the morning.

Average values for recommended daily dose of 1 tablet: Withania root dry extract (titrated to 2.5% in withanolides) - 150 mg intake of withanolides - 3.75 mg, Bacopa aerial parts dry extract (titrated to 20% in total bacosides) - 150 mg, supply of bacosides - 30 mg, Schisandra fruits dry extract (titrated to 5% in schisandrine) - 100 mg, supply of schisandrine - 5 mg, Codonopsis root dry extract (titrated to 10% in polysaccharides) - 100 mg, supply of polysaccharides - 10 mg, Rosa canina pseudo-fruit dry extract (titrated to 70% in vitamin C) - 114.3 mg, supply of vitamin C - 80 mg (100% VNR), OPC (Proanthocyanidins) from grape seeds - 50 mg.
