It is recommended to take 1-2 filters a day depending on need, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
To ensure optimal extraction of the active components present within Erbalax forte herbal tea, place a filter sachet in a cup, pour boiling water (about 150 ml) and leave to infuse for approximately 5-7 minutes taking care to cover the cup so as not to disperse the volatile substances. Drink as is or, if necessary, sweetened with honey.
