Mode; of use
It is recommended to take 3 to 6 tablets a day with plenty of water, away from meals.  

Components
Micronized powder and dry extract (0.42% valerenic acids) in a 1: 1 ratio of valerian (valerian officinale) root (95%); excipients: cellulose; magnesium stearate; micronized silica.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity; or allergies to one or more; components.
Do not use during pregnancy and children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
