Linden, a natural source of flavonoids, is useful for promoting physiological   relaxation   and assisting   ; night rest.

The Monoplanta capsules by Erba Vita are a line of dietary supplements in capsules of vegetable origin, made up of standardized formulations, which guarantee the constant rt of the active ingredients and an unaltered quality over time.

Ingredients
Linden (Tilia platyphyllos   Scop.) flowers dry extract, titrated at 5% total flavonoids expressed as rutin; maltodextrin; Inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose). Quantities for maximum recommended daily dose (3 capsules): Linden flowers dry extract: 700 mg (rutin: 35 mg); Inulin: 150 mg.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 to 3 capsules a day, as needed and in the evening before going to bed.
