Equiseto, or horsetail, é very rich in mineral salts, mainly silica, useful for accelerating healing in case of fractures and for combating joint pain. Furthermore, the properties should not be forgotten; diuretic and purifying of the plant.

Mode; of use
it is recommended to take 4 to 6 tablets a day before meals.

Components
micronized powder and extract dry, in a 1: 1 ratio, of horsetail (equisetum arvense) sterile stem; excipients: cellulose, magnesium stearate, micronized silica.
