Mode; of use
It is recommended to take 2 to 4 capsules a day half an hour before meals, with plenty of water.

Components
Micronized powder of glucomannan (amorphophallus konjac) 84%; casing: natural jelly.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
