Ingredients
Bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; griffonia seed dry extract ( griffonia simplicifolia dc. baill.) titrated at 95% in 5-HTP; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

Method; for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day.
