Description
Food supplement of valerian, hops, scolzia, hawthorn with melatonin.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
Valerian and smelt promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
Hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) tit. 0.8% valerinic acids, hops (Humulus Lupulus L., flower) eg; bulking agents: cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; escolzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) es tit. 0.2% protopine, hawthorn [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC., flowers and leaves] es tit. 3% vitexin, covering [coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; dyes: calcium carbonate, dyes: brilliant blue FCF (aluminum lake), cochineal; anti-caking agent: talc, stabilizer: glycerol]; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.

Mode instructions for use
Take 2 tablets a day with a glass of water.
