How to use
INFUSION: A teaspoon or more in a liter of water bol lens. Leave to infuse for a maximum of 15 minutes, strain and sweeten to taste.
DECOCTO: Two level tablespoons in half a liter of cold water. Bring to a boil, let it boil for 5 minutes. Strain and sweeten as desired
