How to use Adults and children: 1 sachet per day, preferably between meals. The buccal formula allows you to take the product comfortably without water by placing it directly on the tongue. It can be dissolved in a glass of water (100 ml). Warnings In case of temporary administration of antibiotic therapies, Enterolactis should be taken after at least 3 hours after the antibiotic.
