How to use
Adults: one sachet twice a day, to be dissolved in a glass (150 ml ) of water, milk, tea or other cold or at most lukewarm liquid, preferably on an empty stomach. Children: one sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass (150 ml) of water, milk, tea or other cold or at most lukewarm liquid, preferably on an empty stomach.

Warnings
In case of temporary administration of antibiotic therapies, Enterolactis should be taken at least 3 hours after the antibiotic. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not above 25°C.
